The Office of Economic Recovery and Investment (OERI) is charged with ensuring transparency, accountability and efficiency in North Carolina’s handling of ARRA funds. Management Directive #5 was issued on June 17, 2009 to address responsibilities for reporting allegations of fraud, waste and abuse of ARRA funds.
