Begining with the 03/31/2009 payroll, your federal withholding tax is calculated using the updated tax formula created by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. If you want to make changes to your tax withholding, complete a new W-4 form and submit it to the Payroll Department via mail, inter-office mail, or fax (910-259-0133).
