A Pender High School student researched the way bluegrass evolved
 over time and recorded her own CD for the graduation project

Pender County seniors are putting the finishing touches on their fall graduation projects.  The graduation project includes a research paper, a product, a portfolio, and a presentation.  Pender County requires students to successfully complete each phase of the project prior to graduation. Community members will serve as judges for presentations during the the next six weeks. Contact one of the high schools if you are interested in serving as a judge or mentor.  More
