To register your student:

Children must be five (5) years old on or before August 31, 2010

Parents/guardians must provide the following:
      • Proof of residency
      • The child’s certified birth certificate (Mother’s Copy is ok)

For students to attend school, parents must provide:
      • Up to date immunization (shot) record 
      • Health assessment (check-up) completed by a certified health care  professional
